  • What does a wedding planner do?
A wedding planner helps couples plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of their wedding. From finding the perfect venue to managing vendors, timelines, and budgets, we ensure a stress-free experience so you can enjoy your special day.
  • Why do I need a wedding planner?
Planning a wedding can take over 300 hours, leaving many couples overwhelmed and short on time. A wedding planner (like me) can provide valuable advice, recommend the best suppliers for your needs, style, preference and personality, and bring to life the wedding of your dreams. With a wedding planner you can save time, troubleshoot issues, ensure a stress-free planning journey and a seamless wedding day.
  • How far in advance should I book a wedding planner?
We recommend booking at least 12-18 months in advance for full planning services. However, we also offer last-minute coordination if your wedding is coming up soon.
  • Why do I need a wedding planner if my venue provides a venue coordinator?
A venue coordinator works for the venue and is primarily responsible for managing the venue’s operations on your wedding day. They focus on the logistics related to the venue. Ensuring the venue is ready for your big day Overseeing venue policies and health and safety protocols Managing the venue staff and ensuring cleanliness Handling in-house catering and other venue-specific services They are not responsible for planning or coordinating every detail of your wedding day, or helping you if you have a stain in your dress or if you're bustle breaks. A wedding planner works for you! We are entirely dedicated to ensuring that your wedding day is perfect, coordinating with all your vendors, managing the logistics, and ensuring your vision is realized. I also have a blog dedicated to this question where you can see all the differences between a on the day coordinator and a venue coordinator. Click here to find out more.
  • My Venue says I don't need a wedding planner because their venue coordinators takes care of everything, is this true?
Having a wedding planner is a necessity if you want to have a stress-free and seamless wedding, it's not just a luxury. You're probably thinking I'm biased and I get it, but believe me, you will thank me after you read this! You're venue coordinator has the venue’s best interest, they work for the venue, not for you. While a venue coordinator is an important part of any wedding day, their role is limited to the venue. They normally handle things such as setting up tables and chairs, coordinating their catering, and ensuring that the venue is clean and ready for the wedding. For example, if an issue arises on the wedding day or if the venue policies changes after you signed the contract, who is going to advocate for you? Or if the venue has changed their set up and no longer has the chairs you agreed to? A wedding planner is someone you hire and is your advocate and represents your best interests and is responsible for so much more, before and on your wedding day. We will act as your advocates throughout the entire wedding planning journey, safeguarding your interests and ensuring every detail aligns with your dreams. We manage your budget, create a comprehensive timeline, and handle any unforeseen obstacles that may arise, we handle suppliers communication and can act as mediators if any issues arise. On top of that, your wedding planner will help all wedding suppliers set up and will give them instructions and will update them if there's any last minute changes, such us if the guest count goes down or for example, if it's raining and the event needs to me moved indoors your wedding planner will inform all your wedding suppliers and all your guests beforehand. A professional wedding planner it's the best investment couples can make on their wedding day but it's ultimately up to you! If you want someone on the day to make sure everything goes as you've envisioned and you want your wedding to be as stress-free as it's humanely possible and you're getting married in The UK or Europe, our bookings are open for 2024, 2025 and 2026.
