You will leave with a bespoke action plan to keep you on track for the remainder of your wedding planning journey.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that there may be occasions when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure the smooth operation of our business and provide the best service to all our couples, we have implemented the following policy: - If you wish to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability please contact us with a minimum of 24-hours. - Please note that all appointments adhere to a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If cancellations are not made before this period, the appointment fees become non-refundable. - If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment (without any prior notice), you will be considered a “no-show". We will treat your appointment has cancelled and the appointment fee will become non-refundable. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will make exceptions for emergencies or unavoidable situations. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation and potential alternatives. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
